You must have worked for at least 2 years in relevant areas in organizations involved in Email Marketing, Online Surveys management, Survey Research, Lead Generation, Management and Distribution, Promotional marketing, Customer fulfillment, customer / loyalty program management, marketing support, or on-line marketing.

You must be a team worker, thought leader, and willing to taking challenges from the perspective of Customer Service.

The technical resources should have at least 2 years in the respective platform of work. Architects and Project Managers should have at least 5 years experience. Domain knowledge in industry segments such as  such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Engineering, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, Marketing and Advertising, and Support Services would be a desired qualification. You should be willing to learn new products, technologies and processes.
